Valla Table is the concept of Chef and proprietor, Chuck Valla, a chef and sommelier from northern Thailand who has been cooking for celebrities, executives, and private clients in New York City and The Hamptons for more than 10 years.
Like so many others, Chef Chuck was first introduced to culinary excellence in his grandmothers kitchen. He watched, ate, and learned how to recreate family recipes that have been passed down through generations with care. He is passionate about healthy living and diligently procures the freshest seasonal ingredients for his creations.
